But to assure that we are being as effective as possible, we have outlined a key focus for ourselves: helping civilians in gray areas, where there are significant problems with electricity, water, and gas supply. Shops and markets are closed in those areas.

HOMELIKE MORNING
Each day for our warriors starts far away from home and our team decided to take care of this first and essential part of the day and bring a piece of home to them. After all, all of Ukraine is our home today. We want our boys and girls, that are fighting, to start every morning as they would at home, with delicious coffee.

Throughout the full-scale invasion, we devote most of our time to volunteering. No, it's not a job for us. It is our conscious choice to maintain a humanitarian front.
We continue to make all sets for civilians and the military by ourselves. Our local volunteer teams keep delivering them to cities and villages under fire.

HELP BY DONATING THINGS
We distribute all sent items between civilians and the military in accordance with actual needs in the regions of hostilities. We kindly ask everyone who wants to send us a package to bear the costs of delivery. Even though our warehouse is located in Lviv, we do NOT provide assistance in places with no combat.
We send all received items as part of other aid to Kherson, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, and Sumy regions.

A war has 2 fronts, one is military and the other one is humanitarian.
During the first 4 months of the full-scale invasion, we were taking care of tens of thousands of people every day at the Lviv train station, which was the main evacuation hub of Ukraine.
In April 2022 we created a large humanitarian headquarters that provides people in frontline cities and our defenders on the front line with everyday life essentials.

- We deliver boxes from the World food program through a network of 30+ local volunteer partners.

Our assistance is aimed at residents of the frontline areas. We also support vulnerable categories of the population in combat areas. Our main activity is to ensure the provision of supplies to local volunteer organizations located directly in combat zones. We do not send individual help by Nova Poshta.
Our specialty is helping with everyday essentials for the military at the frontline and close areas, as well as in hospitals. We do not deal with military equipment, cars, and tactical medicine. Our kits consist of hygiene products, food products, and basic medicine. We work with the military directly, without intermediaries, friends, and distant relatives. For effective cooperation, we regulate the number of partners in each region. We also give priority to teams that provide assistance in small villages and remote places. We do not work with the Western and Central regions. Only with teams in areas with active hostilities.
We do not support the activities of political organizations and initiatives of deputies of any level. Our task is to supply independent organizations, not to shape the political future of individual figures.
